what i'm about

I truly believe therapy is all about feeling heard, understood, and forming a real connection with your therapist. That's why I like to keep things relaxed, throw in some humor, and bring warmth to our sessions. As your therapist, I'm here to put in the work alongside you and be my genuine self to build a strong connection with you. Therapy gives us the chance to forge new connections, question old beliefs, and navigate those tough emotions together!

sessions with me

When we first meet, we'll chat about what you're looking for and what you're comfortable with. I get that opening up can be tough - so we'll take things at your own pace! Whether you prefer a therapist who listens and supports, one who pushes you to grow, or someone to help guide the conversation when you're feeling lost, we can figure out what works best for you. Maybe it's a bit of everything! No matter where you're at, I'm grateful to connect with you in a space where you feel secure.

my favorites

One of my favorite parts of therapy is being able to pull together multiple approaches to make the best combination for you -- however, my favorites tend to lean toward psychodynamic, somatic, and emotion-focused modalities. I also hold specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Family Based Treatment (Maudsley Method), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. If you're interested in more eclectic work, your girl loves being creative!

what i'm about

I'm so glad you found your way to this awesome space where you get to take the reins and be the master of your own story! Therapy here is all about turning healing into a purposeful adventure. Life can throw us curveballs, but with some therapy magic, we can totally change how we react and rewrite our tales. I'm all in when it comes to helping you uncover some deep truths, find healing, and build up that strong sense of self. My goal is to not only help you tackle obstacles but also to spark some real joy and triumph in your journey.

sessions with me

In our sessions, I make sure you've got a safe, judgment-free space to dig into your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. We'll tackle life's twists and turns together, untangling your unique narrative to uncover some ah-ha moments, build up your coping skills, and cultivate that inner strength you need for lasting positive changes. And hey, we might even sprinkle in some humor and metaphors along the way, all coming from a place of compassion and understanding. Whether you're dealing with specific challenges or just looking to grow personally, each session is a custom journey crafted just for you.

my favorites

I specialize in narrative therapy, acceptance commitment therapy, and utilize a cognitive/dialectical/trauma focused framework. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions, overcome anxiety, and reshape their relationship dynamics. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques, with a deep belief in your inherent capacity for growth and resilience.

what i'm about

Imagine therapy as a cozy chat with a trusted friend (who happens to be a therapist!). It's not just about digging into the deep stuff (although we'll do plenty of that!). With me, you'll find warmth, humor, and a genuine desire to understand and connect. Together, we'll challenge old narratives, celebrate even the smallest wins, and uncover the insights that spark real change.

sessions with me

Each session is a fresh chapter in your journey of self-discovery, personalized just for you. My aim? To cultivate an environment where you feel completely at home—where sharing your thoughts, feelings, and everything in between comes naturally. With a diverse toolkit of approaches, we'll explore what resonates most with you. Ready to dive in and untangle life's beautiful chaos together?

my favorites

In my practice, I rely on trauma-focused modalities like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Psychodynamic therapies—they're the real game-changers here. I also weave in somatic experiencing techniques, diving into the mind-body connection for a holistic healing experience. And if you're open to exploration, I’m passionate about integrating meditation, grounding techniques, EFT tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique), and Reiki energy healing into our sessions.
