Recovery coaching works alongside therapy to provide practical, lived-experience support. It’s ideal if you’re craving peer connection, encouragement outside of sessions, or support from someone who truly understands recovery.

The Experience

Coaching is designed to support you beyond the therapy room. Our monthly package includes weekly coaching sessions and ongoing text or voice note support in between. A higher-tier option offers access to group support and a private online forum—creating deeper connection, community, and accountability.

Taylor's Background

Taylor supports clients through recovery with both lived experience and formal training. As someone who has personally navigated eating disorder recovery, she understands the challenges firsthand. She is also Carolyn Costin–certified, providing a strong professional foundation to her compassionate, recovery-focused work.
